I run outside around my neighborhood but if I could I would try a yoga studio.

OMG....I LOVE THIS PLACE....I am a fifty-nine year old woman, & various reasons I should not be capable of participating in anything like what goes on at "Urban Athlete" gym.
I do because Pam, the owner and instructors are soooo wonderful! They make you feel like you can do anything they propose.
They motivate, encourage and support you throughout the training.
If you have any physical issues they easily make accomendations so that you can perform the excercises.
When you "Urban Athlete" you have worked out, in a way you probably never have in your life.
If you haven't checked them out do so, right now!
