Photo of the Week: From Jersey Fields to Mt. Airy Streets
Beautiful strawberries.
Sorbello Girls Farm Market made its first appearance in Mt. Airy on Thursday at the initial Mt. Airy Village Farmers' Market in front of High Point Cafe, near Weavers Way.
It brought tasty looking strawberries here, and there was some question about whether they would sell out by the end of the day. The large boxes did look beautiful.
Here's to more fruit at the market in the near future. Its official grand opening is May 31 (Thursday was a soft opening).
